David Steigenberger BA (Hons) Cert PFS Cert CII (MP)
Managing Director

Born in Jersey in 1969, David was educated at Victoria College and progressed into the University of the West of England where he obtained a BA Hons Business Studies Degree.

He then went on to serve over 9 years with the Prudential Assurance Co Ltd as Financial Adviser, Sales Manager and finally Jersey Branch Manager.

David is a keen squash player and golfer, being a member of La Moye Golf Club.

Clive Richardson - Cert PFS
Sales Director

Born in Brighton in 1969 and educated at Brighton Hove and Sussex College, Clive spent five years at Prudential as a leading member of the Local Sales Consultancy Team before moving to Oracle Financial Services in 2001.

His previous experience in Commercial and General Iinsurance Underwriting has taken him to posts in the UK and Australia.

Clive is a UEFA licensed football coach through Jersey Wanderers and is the current Jersey Island under 16 manager.

Gordon Bennie BA Hons Cert PFS
Head of Marketing

A recent addition to the Oracle team, Gordon Bennie brings a wealth of financial planning experience to the team, having been in the financial services industry since 1998. Gordon was previously a Director with Premier Asset Management, worked with Shepherd Financial Services and has a background in consumer lending.

As well as offering independent financial advice, Gordon is responsible for raising the awareness of Oracle’s range of services within the personal and fiduciary marketplace. Gordon is also responsible for all mortgage business conducted on behalf of clients

Gordon was educated at Victoria College and the University of Brighton, and is keen on mountaineering and classic cars.

Senior Financial Adviser

Born in Lanark, Scotland, Graeme moved to Jersey in 1985. After having gained six years experience as a Financial Adviser with Prudential, Graeme joined Oracle Financial Services in 2001.

Graeme has been looking after the financial needs of local residents for many years.

Senior Financial Adviser

Born in Jersey, Mike was educated at Victoria College.

He spent 18 years with the Prudential Assurance, firstly as an insurance agent and later as a Financial Consultant.

Michael is married with two children, his interests are boating and fishing.

Steve has twenty-four years experience directly advising clients on a wide range of financial services products including Protection, Savings, Pensions and Investments, he obtained his Financial Planning Certificate in 1996. After fifteen years experience as a Financial Adviser with Prudential Steve moved to Jersey in 1998 and subsequently became an Independent Financial Adviser working with Shepherd Financial Services.

Steve joined Oracle Financial Services in July 2007. His interest's include Traveling, Music, Cycling and Walking.

Clair Molton
Senior Financial Advisor

Clair has worked in the finance industry for 15 years. She returned to Jersey 7 years ago after spending 10 years in Australia and the Netherlands working for various international banks. Clair holds the IMC and is also an investments lecturer. During her spare time, Clair enjoys travelling, tennis and reading.

Sarah Poole - Company Secretary

Sarah joined Oracle on 1st October 2004 as Company Secretary and Business Development Officer. A qualified Book-Keeper she brings a wealth of experience to the role having spent almost 15 years in an accounts role for both Barclays Finance Company and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell (C.I.) Ltd.

Sarah enjoys cycling and walking.

Maureen Cook - Administration & Office Manager

Maureen was a founding member of Oracle Financial Services in 2001 after having spent over 20 years in the financial services industry as an employee of both Prudential and AXA Sun Life.

Maureen directs and manages all administrative matters on behalf of the clients and their relevant adviser.
